Is everyone feeling well rested after a lazy long Easter weekend? We hope the blues of going back to work haven’t been too blue, and to cheer you all up, we have had a scout around to find some fun things going on in London this month for you and your family to enjoy!
Who doesn’t love a magical fairytale?! Recently released, this film has been hugely popular with children over the Easter holidays. If you haven’t yet seen this – you must! A moral strung through the film is the beautiful reminder to always have courage and be kind.
THE BOAT RACE

The Boat Race is an annual contest between two rowing crews from Oxford and Cambridge universities, and is not to be missed! MAKE A FILM IN A DAY
Saturday 11 April
St John’s Wood Church
This event is suitable for children aged 8 – 13, and is an exciting opportunity for them to learn and experience how a film is put together from story-boarding, to shooting and editing their own film! Parents are invited to view a screening at the end of the day, and each child is given a copy of their own film for keepsake.
Visit the website for more information and to book.
Natural History Museum
2 April – 13 September 2015
This much loved exhibition has returned to the museum for another year. From a crawling caterpillar to the elegant flying creature, it is possible to see the butterflies at all stages of their existence.
Date tbc (mid – late April)
We, like many others, are so excited about the near expected arrival date of Prince William and Kate’s second child.
This is a big month of the Royal couple, as they expect baby number 2, and also celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary on the 29th April.
